Return Policy — 15 Days

We want you to love your artwork! If you are not completely satisfied with your poster purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The poster must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in the original packaging or secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Posters that show signs of wear, damage, or use

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or final-sale items

Return Process

1. Contact us at [your email] within 15 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your poster arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
